Patient Coordinator | Pediatric Dentistry
The Baby Teeth Studio, located in Playa Vista, is a modern boutique pediatric dental practice built around one simple belief: exceptional care starts with exceptional people. We are a small close-knit, low-volume, high-quality office that prioritizes patient experience, teamwork, and growth—both professionally and personally.
We are looking for an experienced Patient Coordinator who is organized, warm, and confident, and who takes pride in doing things the right way, not the rushed way.

What You’ll Do
-
Be the first point of contact for our families—from greeting them at the front desk to answering their questions over the phone
-
Schedule appointments efficiently and thoughtfully.

Facilitate new patient intake form completion prior to appointment

Verify dental insurance coverage for treatment, submit claims with proper coding, and follow up on accounts receivable

Collect payments and explain financial responsibilities with confidence and empathy

Keep patient records accurate, organized and up to date

Support smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years of experience in dental front office or patient coordination (pediatric experience a plus)

Experience with dental coding and submitting claims to insurance including Medicare
-
Strong communication and people skills—you’re calm, friendly, and professional (Spanish speaking is a plus!)

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology

A team player who values integrity, accountability, and kindness
