Dental Receptionist / Front Desk in Los Gatos, CA and Mountain View, CA

We are seeking a warm, patient-focused front staff who takes pride in delivering excellent care and creating a welcoming experience for every patient. This position is ideal for a recent graduate looking for a supportive environment to grow professionally.

Our practice is built around thoughtful, unrushed care. You’ll be supported by a dedicated billing team who handle insurance, allowing you to focus fully on chairside excellence and patient experience.

Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and escort them to treatment rooms
- Review and explain treatment plans prepared by the office team
- Collect co-pays and payments at checkout

Location & Hours
- 1–3 days per week, 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Los Gatos and/or Mountain View
