Our dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist or Front Desk Office Manger to join our team.

Role Requirements

We're looking for a skilled front desk member who can contribute to our team's success. The ideal candidate will have strong background in all aspects of front desk management, excellent patient communication skills, and the capacity to work independently while supporting team objectives.  Compensation is competitive, but strongly depends on your experience and ability to get the job done above and beyond.  

Willing to train the right candidate who might have some dental experience, but not totally proficient.  This candidate level would be expected to start as more of a receptionist role as well as a front and back helper where help is needed.  

Responsibilities

• Open/close office
• Take calls and route approppriately
• Check in/ check out patients
• Enter Treatment plan into software (Eaglesoft) and present to patients
• Post collections 
• Verify insurance, and follow up on EOB
• Manage general flow of the office
