The Opportunity
As a key member of our clinical team, you will act as the "right hand" to our dentists, providing sophisticated chairside assistance, managing patient comfort, and ensuring seamless clinical flow.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Chairside Assisting: Provide expert, four-handed dentistry assistance for complex restorative, cosmetic, and implant procedures.
- Patient Experience: Greet patients, conduct intake, and create a calm, welcoming, and high-end environment.
- Clinical Excellence: Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos.
- Sterilization & Compliance: Maintain immaculate sterilization procedures, ensuring strict OSHA and CDC compliance.
- Office Flow: Manage operatory setup/takedown, inventory control, and lab tasks.
- Technology: Utilize advanced dental software (Dentrix/EagleSoft) for accurate charting.
What We’re Looking For
- License: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in California is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in a high-end or private practice setting.
- Expertise: Proficiency in 4-handed dentistry and digital imaging.
- Demeanor: Professional, articulate, and poised, with a "service-first" attitude suitable for a premium brand.
- Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced,, detail-oriented environment.
