Our well-established, patient-centered boutique practice in downtown San Francisco is seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our elite clinical team. Your Role & Responsibilities

Comprehensive Care: Perform prophylaxis, periodontal therapies, scaling, and root planing with a focus on patient comfort.
Clinical Excellence: Conduct oral health assessments, including oral cancer screenings, periodontal charting, and high-quality digital X-rays.
Patient Education: Empower patients through personalized oral hygiene instruction, nutritional counseling, and post-treatment care.
Team Collaboration: Partner with our dentists to develop treatment plans and maintain precise electronic medical records in compliance with HIPAA.

Qualifications

Licensure: Valid California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Certifications: Local Anesthesia/Nitrous Oxide and CPR certifications are required.
Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in a high-end or cosmetic dental setting is preferred.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a "patient-first" mentality that fits an upscale, boutique brand.
