In this role, you will help guide prospective patients from initial interest through the treatment process while delivering a high-quality experience every step of the way. Key Responsibilities Book patients through our digital lead portal and help convert interest into scheduled appointments. Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective and existing patients in a professional, friendly, and service-oriented manner. Support patients as they move through the treatment process, helping them stay informed and engaged. Work closely with your manager to ensure all required paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time. Track leads, follow up consistently, and maintain organized records across multiple web-based systems. Provide excellent written and verbal communication that reflects our commitment to exceptional patient care. Qualifications Experience in inside sales, administration, dental offices, scheduling, or a similar customer-facing environment is preferred but not necessary. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Comfortable using social media and navigating multiple web-based lead portals and software platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Motivated to grow professionally in sales, dentistry, and leadership.
