We're hiring: Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for Las Vegas, NV dental practice

## Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Dental Receptionist with 1+ years of experience to join our patient-centered, team-oriented practice. As the first point of contact, you’ll ensure a smooth and welcoming experience while handling insurance verification, benefit breakdowns, and coordinating hygiene appointments.

## Key Responsibilities

- Greet patients, manage check-ins, and handle phone inquiries with professionalism
- Verify dental insurance coverage and communicate benefit details
- Oversee hygiene schedules and follow up on care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and update insurance information
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize patient experience
- Support front desk operations on alternating Fridays and Saturdays (5 days/week)

## Qualifications

- Minimum 1 years of dental receptionist or front office experience - must have experience filling hygiene schedule
- In-depth knowledge of dental insurance terminology, billing processes, and claim submission
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Familiarity with dental practice management software preferred
- Availability to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and alternating Fridays/Saturdays
