What You’ll Do

• Chairside assisting for general and cosmetic procedures

• Prepare and break down operatories efficiently

• Take high-quality digital X-rays

• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards

• Support smooth patient flow and on-time schedule

• Educate patients when appropriate and reinforce treatment plans

What We’re Looking For

• California RDA license preferred

• 2+ year of dental assisting experience

• Strong understanding of digital workflow

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Positive attitude and team-first mentality

• Professional appearance and communication
