Established, patient-focused private dental office in Woodland Hills seeking a confident and clinically strong Registered Dental Assistant.

We are a one-doctor practice with a calm, organized environment and front office support. We value professionalism, efficiency, and teamwork. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate is comfortable and efficient with:

• Assisting in restorative procedures (crowns, bridges, fillings, build-ups)

• Taking high-quality digital X-rays

• Fabricating temporaries independently

• Assisting with crown preps and cord packing

• Proper sterilization and infection control protocols

• Room setup and breakdown

• Accurate charting in PracticeWorks (or similar dental software)

• Anticipating doctor’s needs during procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of strong chairside experience

• Current California RDA license

• Able to work independently and stay on schedule

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Professional and clear communicator with patients and team

What We Offer

• $28–$33/hour based on experience and clinical ability

• Monday–Thursday schedule (8:00–5:00/5:30)

• Supportive and respectful work environment

• Stable, long-term position
