Scott Dentistry is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental team. We are a patient-centered practice committed to providing high-quality comprehensive care in a positive, supportive, and modern clinical environment.

Position Details

• Full-time / Part-time available

• Schedule: [ Monday 8-5 Tuesday 8-5 Wednesday 7-4 Friday 8-2]

• Competitive hourly rate: $55 per hour (based on experience)

• Start date: March 2026

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings (adult & pediatric)

• Periodontal charting and risk assessments

• Administer local anesthesia (if licensed)

• Take digital X-rays

• Perform scaling and root planing

• Apply fluoride and sealants

• Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and treatment recommendations

• Collaborate with dentists to co-diagnose and develop and entering treatment plans in to our software

• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation

• Follow OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols

• Making Patient appointment for next visit.
• Use our templates to enter notes

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Arizona

• CPR/BLS certification

• Local anesthesia certification

• Strong communication and patient education skills

• Comfortable using dental software Curve

• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

•  Experience preferred
