We are looking for a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) to join our vibrant small office, where we pride ourselves on a culture of collaboration, mutual respect, and work-life balance. Duties: Pediatric recalls, prophies, new patient and consultation exams. Assisting chair-side for treatment (sealants, restorative, sedation appointments etc.) Taking Radiographs Maintain and update electronic patient records (charting, medical histories, treatment plans, notes, walk outs etc.) Our clinic uses Eaglesoft dental software- wonderful if you have prior experience with ES, if not we can teach you! Patient and family education Sterilization, instrument care and turning over rooms Manage schedule and flow of patients during the day while working together with your team Maintaining supplies and equipment Schedule: Tuesday through Fridays Benefits (waiting periods apply for some benefits): Paid time off (PTO) License, CPR, Continuing education reimbursement Uniforms with yearly shoe allowance Retirement plan with 4% match. Experience: Must have current Dental Assistant License (LDA) or soon to be licensed/application in process. Prior pediatric dental experience not necessary as long as you enjoy pediatrics and know you want to work with children, adolescents and their families , we are happy to train you!
