Manage appointment scheduling using dental practice management software such as Open Dental, coordinating multiple schedules seamlessly. Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance benefits explanation. Assist with treatment coordination by explaining procedures, discussing care plans, and ensuring patients understand their financial responsibilities. . Handle multi-line phone systems, respond to patient inquiries promptly, and manage office clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. Experience Knowlege of online system of Insurance verification, patient form, texting, digital record keeping Proven experience working in a dental office environment with front desk responsibilities and treatment coordination duties.. Strong understanding of insurance verification procedures including Medicare and other third-party payers. Bilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse patient populations effectively. Exceptional patient service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and clerical support capabilities.
