Dental Assistant - Full time and Part Time DA or RDA Welcome - Astound Dental Arts - Escondido, CA

We are seeking a friendly, and energetic Dental Assistant (DA or RDA) to join our growing dental team. The primary focus of this position is chairside dental assisting, with opportunities to support front office tasks as needed. This role is ideal for entry-level or mid-level dental assistants who are motivated, dependable, and eager to grow in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Position Overview This is a clinical-first position. You will work closely with the doctor during procedures while helping maintain smooth daily operations. Front desk experience is a plus, and the ability to assist with scheduling, patient communication, and administrative tasks when needed is highly valued. Recent DA graduates are welcome to apply. We are also open to candidates working toward their RDA license and can support growth and advancement.
