Responsibilities Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures. Prepare and organize treatment rooms, instruments, and materials. Take X-rays and impressions as directed. Provide patient comfort and reassurance before, during, and after treatment. Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols. Support the front office with scheduling, patient communication, and administrative tasks when needed. Contribute to a positive, team-based environment where work feels enjoyable. Qualifications Dental Assistant certification or equivalent (state requirements apply). Prior experience in a dental office preferred—but we’re happy to train the right person. A team player with a fun, positive, and can-do attitude. Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with patients of all ages. Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented while maintaining a lighthearted spirit. Comfortable with technology and dental software systems.
