Responsibilities Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures. Prepare and organize treatment rooms, instruments, and materials. Take X-rays and impressions as directed. Provide patient comfort and reassurance before, during, and after treatment. Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols. Serve as a true floater—able to work seamlessly in both the front and back office with equal excellence. Support the front office with scheduling, patient communication, and administrative tasks when needed. Contribute to a positive, team-based environment where work feels enjoyable. Qualifications Dental Assistant certification or equivalent (state requirements apply). Prior experience in a dental office preferred—but we’re happy to train the right person. A team player with a fun, positive, and can-do attitude. Flexibility to float between front and back office responsibilities as needed. Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with patients of all ages. Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented while maintaining a lighthearted spirit.
