We are seeking a Dental Assistant (RDA or DA) who is dependable, professional, and passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience in a specialty setting. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys surgical support, stays organized under pressure, and takes pride in running efficient, high-standard operatories. Key Responsibilities Assist the doctor during periodontal and implant procedures (surgical and non-surgical) Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures Take and process digital X-rays and clinical photos (as applicable) Maintain sterilization, infection control, and operatory readiness to a high standard Support patient experience: welcoming, reassuring, and attentive care Chart accurately and support clinical documentation as needed Stock and maintain supplies; support back-office systems and efficiency Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth handoffs and on-time patient flow Qualifications RDA or DA — both accepted X-ray certification required CPR certification required Perio/implant or surgical assisting experience preferred (but not required) Strong knowledge of sterilization protocols and clinical setup Professional, patient-focused demeanor and strong communication skills Reliable, organized, and a collaborative team player Compensation & Benefits $28–$32/hour (based on experience) Bonus opportunities Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off (PTO) Stable, supportive, and professional work environment How to Apply If you’re a skilled assistant looking for a long-term home in a respected specialty practice, we’d love to meet you.
