Due to high growth, our practice is ready to welcome another provider to our talented team. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in molar root canals, surgical extractions, simple bone grafting, dentures, and general dentistry. Mentorship and training is available if you are not proficient in one or any of these categories! Exceptional patient communication skills and the ability to carry out same-day treatments are essential. The position is primarily for weekend coverage (Saturdays and Sundays only). Our practice is furnished with the latest dental technology, including a CBCT and Cerec PrimeScan and Prime Mill, facilitating top-notch patient care. You'll be working with our highly skilled team trained to assist you in delivering quality dental services. The General Dentist role boasts a high-paying compensation structure, offering pay of $1,000 per day or 28% of collections, whichever is higher. On average, our current providers earn approximately $2,500 per day, equating to an annualized full-time income of $390,000. Our practice is out of network with insurance companies (fee for services) and without Medicaid involvement, making it much easier to be compensated off of collections, rather than the daily minimum.
