Passamano Orthodontics in Irvine looking to fill a new Floating Assistant to join our Smile Squad!! Our ideal candidate would love people, be enthusiastic and team oriented. This role requires good communication skills, an excellent work ethic and the ability to multitask efficiently. We are a patient centered practice and strive to be the best part of each patientâs day. Position is for 2-4 days a week with a potential 5th day in the future depending upon skill set. We are willing to train the right individual but must have either your DA, RDA, or OA as this position requires both front and back work. Our ideal candidate MUST have a friendly demeanor and the desire to help us achieve our happy patient experience. We want someone that genuinely enjoys interacting with our patients and their families. One of the following is required: DA certificate, RDA license, OA certification X-ray license is required 1+ years front or back dental experience required but will train the right individual if they have experience in back dental practice workflow and a personality that wows. Must be willing to cross-train and back up treatment planning as needed. Ability to keep your personal work area, the front desk and lobby area clean, organized and clutter free. Experience with heavy phone volume along with excellent computer and typing skills. Knowledge of Wave Ortho a plus but willing to train. Past verifiable references and steady long-term employment history are required. Excellent verbal and written English required. Must be able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure. Must be able to participate with team outings and value your coworkers. Must be able to work independently and with a team. Personality traits must include the following: outgoing, caring, always thinking of others, be able to have patients feel a smile over the phone and while assisting in back. Must have strong people skills and the ability to provide concierge customer service to our patients. Communication with our patients is extremely important. Because of this, weâd prefer someone that is a people person. Must possess exceptional work ethics, be independent, confident, reliable, and trustworthy. Must have reliable transportation. Hard working, and enthusiastic about learning. Hourly Pay: $22-$26/hr.
