You will be working directly with Dr. Sharma, a highly skilled dentist who performs a wide variety of advanced procedures.

Responsibilities (Dental Assistant / RDA)

• Chairside assisting for general and advanced dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans
• Assist with crowns, veneers, implants, extractions, and restorative procedures
• Ensure patient comfort and excellent chairside experience
• Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
• Assist with dental charting and treatment preparation amongst others

Requirements

• Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in California
• Minimum 1+ year dental assisting experience preferred
• Experience with digital X-rays and modern dental software preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
