DA or RDA Maternity leave coverage-looking for consistency-need 2 full days/week (Oct-Dec?)

About us: Female solo dentist with two hygienists, one assistant, one front office. All long term staff members with good attitudes.

About the job: We would like the same person to be a long term (at least 2 months) replacement for maternity leave. Mom is due in October, which is always subject to change! We are open: Mon-Thur 8am-1pm and 2pm-5pm, but only need an assistant two (8 hours) days/week. The days of the week are open for discussion. We respect people's time and therefore run on time. 

Expectations: bring patients back, make them feel comfortable, and assist doctor. Infection control and keep clean office. Friendly, prompt and dependable. Tray set up, helping hygienists turn over their rooms, capturing digital x-rays. Good communication in English, help doctor with treatment notes, recommendations, and referrals.

Most of our procedures are composites, crowns, implant crowns, NightGuards. We refer out for endo, perio, and oral surgery.
