What You’ll Be Doing: Warmly welcoming patients and escorting them to treatment areas Assisting with archwire changes and routine orthodontic adjustments Preparing for and assisting with bracket bonding and appliance delivery Placing Invisalign attachments and delivering clear aligner instructions Capturing iTero digital scans for Invisalign and other appliances Educating patients on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment compliance Chairside setup and breakdown, including sterilization protocols What We’re Looking For: Prior orthodontic assisting experience preferred RDA or Orthodontic Assistant certification strongly preferred A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Strong communication skills and confidence with computers A dedication to providing outstanding patient care Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced setting Position Details: Full-time 8-hour shifts In-person role Benefits Include: 401(k) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid sick leave Employee discounts On-the-job training Free parking If you’re dependable, enthusiastic, and ready to grow with a supportive orthodontic team, we encourage you to apply.
