Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dental Receptionist/ Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team in Yonkers, NY. The ideal candidate MUST be reliable, friendly, have great communication skills, and have a solid understanding of dental terminology and procedures. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and handle inquiries via phone, text, email, or in-person. Schedule appointments Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Perform billing and coding tasks Treatment plan presentation Collaborate effectively with other colleagues to enhance patient care. Experience Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist/ Treatment Plan Coordinator is required Familiarity with dental terminology and billing processes is essential.
