Job Overview Join our small private dental family as a Dental Hygienist on Saturdays from 9-1 pm, where your expertise will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting optimal oral health. You will work closely with patients to perform professional cleanings, assess oral health status, and educate patients on maintaining healthy smiles. Responsibilities Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical history, and current dental concerns Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies Take and develop medical X-rays while ensuring proper infection control protocols are followed Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office standards Requirements Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist with current certification to practice in a clinical setting Proven experience in dental office environments, particularly in general or pediatric dentistry preferred Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration Join us to make a difference in patients’ lives through compassionate care, technical expertise, and a vibrant team environment.
