About Our Practice - Located in beautiful Colts Neck, New Jersey, our boutique dental practice is dedicated to delivering an unparallelled healthcare experience. We offer advanced clinical dentistry in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Because we are a highly personalized practice, we do not treat patients like numbers crammed into overbooked appointments. We are looking for a dental hygienist who shares our passion for our family of patients and the overall dental experience. Our office has three operatories featuring advanced dental equipment and digital imaging systems, allowing our team to provide the best in comprehensive care. We prioritize patient comfort and maintain strict standards for infection control and safety protocols. 

What We're Looking For - 

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Registered Dental Hygienist (Required), Anesthesia License (Preferred)
• Effective Time Management: Able to provide excellent hygiene services to patients during their 1-hour appointments
• Professionalism and Solid People Skills: Exceptional people skills with a polished, professional demeanor and appearance.

Compensation and Benefits -

• Competitive Pay: $54.00-$58.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
• Annual Paid Vacation: One week - Eligible After 6 Months

Hours -

• Monday:  8:30a-5:00p (with one hour off for lunch)
• Thursday:  8:30a-6:00p (with one hour off for lunch)
• One Saturday Per Month: 7:30a-1:00p (usually the 1st Saturday of the month)
