Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity to grow with a well-established organization Consistent schedule with a focus on work-life balance Make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives every day Schedule (days/hours): Tuesday-Friday 6:45am-5:15pm Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take dental X-rays (per state requirements) Ensure patient comfort and provide outstanding chairside support Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Qualifications: Meet all state specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start date) Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care About: Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
