Our team values professionalism, teamwork, and building long-term relationships with our patients. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice. Position Summary: The Dental Hygienist is an essential part of our clinical team, responsible for delivering exceptional preventive and periodontal care while educating patients and promoting lifelong oral health. Responsibilities Include: Performing thorough dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive treatments Administering local anesthesia in accordance with Ohio state regulations Taking and interpreting dental radiographs Conducting patient assessments, including periodontal charting Educating patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and overall dental health Assisting with early detection of oral diseases and conditions Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical documentation Following all infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols Collaborating with the dentist and team to provide comprehensive patient care Creating a comfortable, positive experience for every patient Qualifications: Current Ohio Dental Hygienist License in good standing Certification to administer local anesthesia in the state of Ohio CPR certification (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Detail-oriented with excellent clinical and documentation skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Benefits We Offer: Competitive pay (based on experience) Simple IRA retirement plan Paid vacation Paid holidays Performance-based bonuses Life insurance Supportive team culture and positive work environment Why Join Us?
