Now Hiring: Experienced Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant (3+ Years Required) Location: Beverly Hills / West Hollywood Practice Focus: Cosmetic & Sedation Dentistry Position: Full-Time We are a modern, high-end cosmetic dental practice seeking a highly experienced Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of proven dental office experience . This role is ideal for someone energetic, polished, exceptionally organized, articulate, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, luxury-level environment where attention to detail and patient experience are everything. Key Responsibilities Scheduling, confirming, and coordinating appointments Treatment presentation and financial coordination Insurance verification, billing, and claims management Answering phones with professionalism and confidence Managing front office flow and daily operations Chairside assisting when needed Patient follow-up after treatment to ensure satisfaction Assisting with social media content creation and posting (when needed) Maintaining an elevated, concierge-style patient experience Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years dental office experience (no exceptions) Knowledge of Dentrix software Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Experience with cosmetic dentistry cases preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and polished demeanor X-ray license and coronal polish license Highly organized and able to multitask efficiently Team-oriented with a positive, solution-focused attitude Bonus: Knowledge of photography and videography is a plus.
