Clinical Efficiency Trainer - Dental Assistant (Advanced Leadership Role for Elite RDAs, RDAEFs, or Foreign-Trained Dentists) The Opportunity: This is more than just a chairside position. Weâre seeking an experienced Dental Assistant with 10+ years of comprehensive clinical experience to step into a regional leadership role as a Clinical Efficiency Trainer. !! This is a multi-location position that requires regular travel between offices within the region. !! This role offers the opportunity to elevate clinical performance across several offices by mentoring teams, improving workflow systems, and strengthening overall efficiency. You will play a direct role in raising the standard of care regionally while advancing your own professional growth. Who You Are: The Experienced Clinical Professional: You have at least 10 years of experience in a comprehensive dental setting and are highly confident in advanced procedures and high-level clinical support. The Efficiency Expert: You understand workflow, time management, and clinical organization. You identify inefficiencies quickly and take pride in creating smooth, well-structured systems. The Growth-Oriented Professional: You are ready to expand beyond a single-office role into a regional leadership position with broader impact and increased earning potential. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Mentorship: Travel between offices to coach clinicians and assistants on chairside efficiency, ergonomics, and procedural flow. Workflow Optimization: Evaluate and improve back-office systems to enhance clinical productivity and consistency across multiple locations. Team Development: Support and guide Back-Office Leads to strengthen accountability and performance standards. Hands-On Training: Lead structured training sessions using clinical models to ensure skill mastery before patient care. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in a comprehensive dental setting Strong leadership abilities and the ability to provide constructive, professional feedback Willingness and commitment to travel regularly between multiple office locations within the region (required) Reliable transportation required Foreign-trained dentists with strong clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply Compensation & Professional Growth: We understand the value of experienced, skilled professionals and offer a competitive compensation package that reflects the leadership level and regional responsibility of this role. Hourly Rate: $45.00 â $55.00 per hour (based on experience and credentials, with bonus opportunities) Mobile Support Stipend: Monthly allowance to cover travel expenses Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonuses based on the clinical success and milestones of the teams you mentor Annual Earning Potential: $80,000 â $100,000+ (depending on performance and experience) This is a regional leadership opportunity for experienced Dental Assistants who are comfortable working across multiple offices and are ready to expand their impact while significantly increasing their income.
