We’re seeking an experienced Dental Assistant with 10+ years of comprehensive clinical experience to step into a regional leadership role as a Clinical Efficiency Trainer. !! This is a multi-location position that requires regular travel between offices within the region. !! Key Responsibilities: Clinical Mentorship: Travel between offices to coach clinicians and assistants on chairside efficiency, ergonomics, and procedural flow. Workflow Optimization: Evaluate and improve back-office systems to enhance clinical productivity and consistency across multiple locations. Team Development: Support and guide Back-Office Leads to strengthen accountability and performance standards. Hands-On Training: Lead structured training sessions using clinical models to ensure skill mastery before patient care.
