This person should be comfortable performing clinical orthodontic assistant tasks, is naturally warm, and loves to connect with the people around them. The person in this position must be motivated and able to perform the following responsibilities: Clinical orthodontic assistant tasks Xray certified preferred Well organized and proactive Engaging with and hosting the families of our patients Ability to be cross-trained Scheduling appointments Answering phones Sterilizing instruments Intra-oral scanning Maintaining a clean office Schedule: Monday thru Thursday 9-5:30; Friday 9-4 Experience: - 1+ years of experience in a dental or orthodontic office is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate - Experience with dental or orthodontic scheduling and registration software preferred - Strong computer literacy and typing abilities.
