About the Job: Hamilton Orthodontics is looking for an Orthodontic Assistant to join our patient-focused team, 1-3 days per week, Monday-Wednesday, 8:30am-5pm. What You’ll Do: Assist the orthodontist with routine procedures (brackets, wires, scans, adjustments, etc.) Take diagnostic records: photos, X-rays, and iTero scans Educate patients and parents on appliances, oral hygiene, and treatment progress Keep treatment areas clean, stocked, and ready for action Help maintain a smooth schedule and positive flow throughout the day Make patients feel seen, heard, and supported What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in orthodontic assisting Radiology certification Someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work as part of a team EXCELLENT communication skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude Comfortable working with patients of all ages A quick learner who can work efficiently to stay on-time Why You’ll Love Working Here: Competitive pay No nights or weekends Supportive and fun team An organized and well-run office Patients who actually look forward to coming in (no, really!)
