Front Desk Dental Receptionist WANTED Location: Paradise Valley Dental Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Are you the type of person who lights up a room when you walk in? Our growing dental practice is looking for a warm, upbeat, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be one of our friendly faces of our office! Our ideal candidate is someone who is warm and outgoing. Having some basic knowledge of dentistry is very helpful, but not mandatory. We want someone who can learn quick, basic knowledge of using the computer, and can communicate well to our patients in person and on the phone. What You’ll Do Greet patients with a genuine smile and positive energy Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently Verify insurance and collect co-payments Manage patient check-in/check-out Manage consent forms and check-in lab cases Maintain a clean and welcoming front office Support the clinical team with administrative tasks Handle patient questions with confidence and kindness Who You Are Naturally warm, friendly, and bubbly Excellent communicator (in person and on the phone) Highly organized and detail-oriented Professional appearance and demeanor Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Dependable and punctual Dental or medical office experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right personality!)
