As a dental assistant, you will be trained to become the doctor's right hand - or left hand on our case! Responsibilities: - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Prepare treatment rooms for patients - Prepare dental supply orders and maintenance - Take x-rays - Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques - Maintain patient records - Assist with front office tasks such as answering phones and greeting patients Requirements: - Attitude! A great attitude is the foundation of a successful dental assistant! - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Upper end of the pay scale is reserved for experienced and high skilled dental assistants.
