Position Overview The Dental Assistant plays a vital role in delivering an outstanding patient experience while supporting clinical excellence, efficiency, and team development. Core Responsibilities Assist chairside in general, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical procedures Maintain strict infection control and OSHA compliance Prepare and turn over operatories efficiently Support digital workflows (imaging, scanning, charting) Ensure clinical organization and inventory management Help train and mentor junior assistants Support providers in maintaining production efficiency Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture Qualifications Prior experience as a Dental Assistant required Strong understanding of daily clinical operations Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Effective communication with patients and team members Positive, growth-oriented mindset Leadership experience or senior assistant background preferred What Youâll Gain: Advanced Clinical Exposure Work with modern dental technologies and progressive treatment approaches.
