Position Overview
We are seeking a Laser Certified Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team and provide high-quality dental care to our patients with a welcoming and professional attitude. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist, strong clinical knowledge, and excellent patient communication skills.

This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable co-diagnosing with doctors while adapting to a dynamic schedule. If you are passionate about patient education, preventative care, and being part of a supportive team, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities

·         Provide preventive dental care, including periodontal procedures, and communicate clinical findings with doctors

·         Create a welcoming and comfortable experience for patients

·         Demonstrate empathy and attentive listening during patient interactions

·         Operate and maintain hygiene equipment properly

·         Take digital X-rays, CBCT scans, and intraoral photos as needed

·         Review patient medical histories and dental records

·         Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation

·         Educate patients on proper home care, nutrition, and dental products

·         Utilize Eaglesoft PMS & imaging software (training available)

Qualifications

·         Active Arizona Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license

·         Laser Certification required

·         Minimum 3–5 years of dental hygiene experience preferred

·         Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and periodontal care

·         Excellent communication and patient education skills

·         Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to schedule changes

·         Team-oriented with a positive attitude

·         Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
