Role Requirements
We're looking for a skilled professional who can contribute to our team's success. The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities, excellent patient communication skills, and the capacity to work independently while supporting team objectives. At least two years of dental experience is highly encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient care
- Take radiographs (x-rays) as directed
- Chairside assist dentists during procedures
- Perform coronal polishing
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Maintain organization of back office
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high productivity levels
