Periodontist seeking experienced Dental Assistant in Scottsdale, AZ

Private Periodontal practice in North Scottsdale/ Phoenix area seeking surgical dental assistant. Full time position from Tuesday through Friday with hours from 8-5. Must be a motivated, team player, who is efficient, and willing to step in when needed, CPR & x-ray certified. Duties include, but not limited to; reviewing and updating patient health history, assisting the Doctor during Oral/IV sedation and surgical procedures, breaking down and setting up rooms, sterilization of instruments, taking IO scan or impressions/pouring up models, reviewing/reiterating treatment plans/options, taking full mouth x-rays & 3-D CBCT scans, inventory, scheduling continuing care, treatment, and post op appointments. Office uses Dentrix software and Dexis imaging. Competitive pay, paid vacation & holidays, profit sharing available after 12 months. Front office capabilities a plus.
