Redondo Beach Dental Arts is growing, and we are looking for a confident, compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
We are not a “volume-driven” office. We prioritize relationships, education, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. Our team is kind, cohesive, and supportive — and we are looking for someone who aligns with that culture.
What We’re Looking For
- A licensed RDH in California
- Strong communicator — able to explain treatment clearly and confidently
- Educator mindset (patients leave understanding their oral health)
- Warm, friendly, and emotionally intelligent
- Clinically skilled and detail-oriented
- Team player who values collaboration
- Comfortable discussing treatment needs and co-diagnosing with the doctor
