Full Time Hygienist - FOUR SEASONS FAMILY DENTAL LLC - East Brunswick, NJ

We are looking for a Full- time dental hygienist to work on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and possibly 2 Saturdays/ month going forward. Previous hygienist who worked for 20+ years in the office is retiring. Responsibilities Ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible before their examination Sterilize dental instruments properly Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history Clean and help protect patients’ teeth (e.g. remove plaque or apply fluoride) Educate patients of all ages on proper teeth care Take X-rays, dental impressions, comfortable with tooth whitening procedure, sealants, scaling and root planing or atleast willing to learn Maintain documentation and charts on each patient ( including perio charting regularly ) Monitor supplies/inventory Help prepare and maintain dental equipment Valid NJ license to practice a must Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $55.00 per hour Work Location: In person
