Dental Assistant (Pediatrics) - Pediatric Dental Office - Rego Park, NY

Seeking a reliable and friendly dental assistant to work in our Pediatric Dental office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Responsibilities: Preparing and arranging all instruments and materials required for treatment procedures Prepare patient to receive care Assisting dentist during procedures Cleaning and sterilizing equipment Taking x-rays Maintaining treatment areas in a clean and functional condition Recording diagnostic/treatment information, as relayed by the dentist, to patient records Monitoring and placing orders for dental supplies and equipment Qualifications: Professional appearance and a team player. Experience a plus, but not required, we are willing to train the right candidate. Open Dental software experience a plus.
