Position Summary As a Dental Assistant you’ll play a key role in supporting clinical operations and ensuring every patient receives a positive experience from check-in to follow-up. You’ll assist the dentist during treatments, help prepare treatment rooms, maintain sterilization standards, support patient care, and contribute to the smooth flow of daily operations. Key Responsibilities Assist dentists during a wide range of procedures, including exams, fillings, extractions, and more. Prepare and set up treatment rooms with instruments, materials, and equipment. Sterilize instruments and maintain infection-control protocols. Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) Greet and prepare patients, ensuring comfort and understanding before procedures. Provide patient education on oral care and post-operative instructions. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling or administrative tasks. Manage supply inventory and restock as needed. Qualifications Required: High school diploma or GED (or equivalent). Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment. No experience necessary, we are willing to train the right candidates.
