We are currently seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant I / Sterilization Technician who is dependable, detail-oriented, and excited to be part of a team that values professionalism, kindness, and teamwork. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to help keep the clinical team running smoothly while also learning and growing in the dental field. Responsibilities The Dental Assistant I / Sterilization Technician will support the clinical team by ensuring instruments, operatories, and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and prepared for patient care. Responsibilities include: Cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing dental instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines Maintaining sterilization logs and ensuring compliance with infection control standards Preparing and breaking down operatories between patients Organizing instruments and trays for upcoming procedures Monitoring sterilization equipment and reporting any issues Stocking treatment rooms and maintaining supply inventory Assisting dental assistants, hygienists, and doctors as needed Helping maintain a clean, organized clinical environment What Weâre Looking For Weâre looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable following infection control protocols A team player who enjoys supporting others Professional and positive in a patient-centered environment Qualifications: Must have completed a dental assisting course or training program Basic knowledge of dental terminology and tooth numbering systems Previous dental office experience is preferred but not required Schedule Full-time position.
