What Youâll Do: Assist the dentist chairside during procedures Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments are ready and sterilized Take high-quality digital x-rays and dental impressions Follow proper sterilization and infection control protocols Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Keep accurate and organized patient records What Weâre Looking For: Solid understanding of dental terminology, anatomy, and HIPAA guidelines Familiarity with infection control procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities The candidate should be open to cross-training in administrative tasks A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment This list isnât exhaustiveâthereâs always room to grow and learn here!
