Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Trinity, FL
## Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist dentists with procedures, perform administrative tasks, and ensure excellent patient care. ## Duties - Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations - Sterilize dental instruments and equipment - Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs - Take and develop dental x-rays - Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care - Maintain accurate patient records ## Qualifications - Proficient in taking vital signs and using aseptic techniques - Strong knowledge of dental anatomy - Experience with Dentrix or similar practice management systems - Familiarity with medical coding and dental receptionist duties is a plus - Experience working with pediatric patients is beneficial - Knowledge of Epic or other medical imaging systems is an advantage Join our team to contribute to the health and well-being of our patients while advancing your career in the dental field.
