Duties Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments, materials, and supplies for various dental procedures. Endo, Fillings, Crowns, Implants, Oral surgery. Assist dentists during examinations and treatments by handing instruments, managing suction, and ensuring patient comfort. Take dental X-rays imaging to assist with diagnosis and treatment planning. Maintain accurate medical records, including medical documentation, dental terminology. We work with Dentrix. Follow strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure a sterile environment. Conduct vital signs assessments and monitor patient health status during visits. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care to promote long-term dental health. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy at all times. Experience Proven experience working in a dental clinic or healthcare setting with familiarity in dental assisting roles. Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control standards is essential. Hands-on experience with Dentrix is highly preferred. Competency in taking X-rays and operating medical imaging equipment such as 3D scanners. Ability to perform chairside assisting efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent patient care. Understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation practices is required. Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour Work Location: In person
