We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and passionate about patient care. Experience assisting with implant procedures is highly preferred. In this energetic role, you will support dentist in providing top-quality treatments, ensure patient comfort, and maintain a smooth clinical workflow. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where patients feel cared for and confident in their dental experience. Duties Assist the doctor during dental procedures, including implant surgeries Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up dental tools, and maintaining an aseptic technique to uphold infection control standards Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays), including 3D scans when necessary, to aid in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Assist with impressions, temporaries, and crown/implant procedures Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent chairside support Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care to promote optimal health outcomes Maintain proper infection control and sterilization protocols Skills Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control protocols, and aseptic techniques Implant or surgical assisting experience preferred Ability to perform X-ray procedures safely while adhering to radiation safety standards Familiarity with medical coding and documentation for accurate billing and recordkeeping Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients of all ages and team members Knowledge of dental assisting best practices including vital signs measurement, medical imaging techniques, and the use of a 3D scanner when applicable What We Offer Friendly team environment Opportunity to learn advanced implant procedures Competitive pay based on experience Growth opportunities within the practice If you are looking to grow your skills and work in a supportive, patient-focused environment, we would love to meet you.
