Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is looking for a Full-Time Hygiene Assistant in our Fayetteville, NC Office Benefits Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday 7:45am-4pm and Friday 7:45am-2pm Competitive hourly pay Growth potential and supportive team environment! Key Responsibilities: Assist with dental cleanings and procedures, including polishing teeth and applying fluoride treatments Prepare patients for hygiene appointments by reviewing medical histories and taking vital signs Conduct dental x-rays and maintain accurate patient records Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of all instruments and treatment areas Assist with patient education on oral hygiene practices Support the front desk and other team members as needed Stay updated on the latest dental practices and technologies Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: CPR certification (or willingness to obtain shortly after hire) NC Radiology Certification Coronal Polishing Certification Experience as a Hygiene Assistant preferred but not required Knowledge of Denticon software a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Attention to detail and commitment to patient care Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
