Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Mansfield, OH
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care, particularly in endodontics. We are needing a dental assistant who is able to assist the doctor and also communicate with our surrounding dental practices and be the voice of our company. You will assist the dentist during procedures, and ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for our patients. A strong understanding of dental practices, along with excellent communication skills, is essential for success in this role. We are looking for a candidate who is both versed in assisting and marketing. We are seeking to build relationships with our surrounding dental practices and need a candidate with good interpersonal skills to go out into the community to help build relationships with our fellow offices. Duties - Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments are prepared and sterilized. - Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. - Manage patient records and medical documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations - Provide education to patients regarding post-treatment care. - Travel to surrounding offices to build relationships with other practices Experience - Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred. - Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
