Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) Green Valley Dental Pay: $35–$45 per hour (based on experience) Job Description: Green Valley Dental is looking for a skilled Expanded Functions Dental Assistant who takes pride in quality work and staying organized throughout the day. This role is a good fit for someone who is confident in their clinical abilities, works well with a team, and values a well-run practice. You’ll work closely with the dentist to provide efficient, high-quality restorative care while helping keep the schedule moving and ensuring patients feel comfortable and well cared for. Responsibilities: Perform EFDA duties in accordance with state regulations Assist the dentist with restorative procedures Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and properly stocked Place and contour fillings and perform expanded functions as permitted Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Provide excellent patient care and help create a comfortable environment for patients Qualifications: Current EFDA certification Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental practice Experience with Open Dental software preferred, but not required Team-oriented with a positive attitude Xray certification CPR certified Compensation & Benefits: $35–$45 per hour depending on experience 401(k) retirement plan after 6 months Paid Time Off (PTO) after 6 months Paid holidays after 6 months Schedule: Monday 7:45-4pm, Tuesday 7:45-4pm, Thursday 7:45-4pm, Friday 7:45 -3pm How to Apply: Apply through Indeed or submit your resume to be considered for this opportunity to join the Green Valley Dental team.
