Key Responsibilities Chairside Assisting: Collaborate with our skilled dentists during a variety of treatment procedures to ensure a smooth patient experience. Diagnostics: Take and develop high-quality X-rays, digital impressions, and scans, helping to diagnose and treat our patients effectively. Patient Care: Prepare patients for treatments, record medical histories, and provide clear post-operative instructions to enhance patient comfort and understanding. Clinical Support: Maintain a clean and organized practice by sterilizing instruments, setting up treatment rooms, and managing lab supplies efficiently. Required Qualifications Certification: Graduation from a dental assisting school or possess a valid RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) license. Skills: Proficiency in dental software, including Eaglesoft and Open Dental, is essential. Experience: At least 1 year of clinical dental assisting experience is preferred. Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, attention to detail, and exceptional time management abilities.
