Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Salem, OR
Dr. Wendell King and Team are looking for a Front Office team member in Salem, OR. They will help us manage our systems and will also be a team leader. We have a practice full of amazing patients who enjoy friendly service and a cheerful disposition. Experience in dentistry and familiarity with Eaglesoft is preferred. This is a full time position, Monday through Thursday. Job Summary: Scheduling treatment, answering phones, greeting patients, presenting treatment plans and collecting payment, managing hygiene recall, submitting insurance claims, communicating with specialists, manage the clinical schedule, and more. Pay depends on your experience and skill set that you bring to the job. Qualifications: Integrity Teachable / willing to learn Previous experience in a dental front office. Must be able to communicate in a professional manner with patients and co-workers. Must be able to work independently and have excellent problem solving skills. Must be able to multitask and stay focused on a specific task until it is completed. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
