Lead Dental Assistant (EDDA Required) â 58 Peaks Dental (Denver, CO)Full-Time 58 Peaks Dental is growing, and weâre looking for an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our team! We are a modern, patient-centered private practice located at 3600 Quebec Street in Denver. This role is ideal for a highly reliable, skilled EDDA who enjoys leadership, efficiency, and helping a team run smoothly. You will play a key role in both assisting clinically and helping lead a small team of assistants. Schedule: Monday: 10:00 AM â 7:00 PM Tuesday: 10:00 AM â 7:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM â 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM â 5:00 PM Fridays & Weekends: OFF Typical hours are mid-30s per week with a consistent schedule. About the Role: We are seeking a Lead Dental Assistant with EDDA certification who is comfortable working independently and helping manage the flow of the clinical team. This position involves advanced assisting, expanded duties, and leadership responsibilities. You will work directly with the doctor while helping coordinate and support two additional dental assistants to ensure the clinic runs efficiently. Responsibilities Include: Chairside assisting for general and surgical procedures Placing fillings and seating crowns independently (EDDA duties) Taking and reviewing digital X-rays Setup, breakdown, and sterilization Assisting with advanced procedures (implants, oral surgery, PRF, endodontics) Maintaining organization of instruments and supplies Helping oversee and coordinate the assistant team Ensuring smooth clinical flow throughout the day Creating a positive and comfortable experience for patients What We Offer: Supportive, team-focused private practice environment Consistent hours with no Fridays or weekends Opportunity to work with advanced procedures and technology Leadership role within a growing practice Competitive pay based on experience Long-term growth opportunity Ideal Candidate: EDDA certification required Experience as a lead assistant preferred Comfortable placing fillings and seating crowns independently Highly reliable and dependable Strong leadership and communication skills Organized and proactive Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
